You will visit the cellar and learn all the secrets of wine processing.
N. 2 Bike or Vespa tour
Roads carve the southern Florence border and roll through stretches of Siena.
There is a great variety of routes and itineraries: from the less challenging, for those who want to quietly enjoy both nature and villages, to those for professional cyclists. You will ride surrounded by precious landscapes, feeling free to stop for a little rest or to enjoy the beautiful sight of nature on the Tuscan hills.
If you have experience and you feel that the bike would be to much effort you can still enjoy the Tuscan breeze riding a Vespa!

N.3 Cooking class in Tuscany countryside
Would you like to learn the secrets of the fresh pasta making? Or to prepare a typical Tuscan lunch? Take part to a cooking lesson and the chefs will open his kitchen revealing your his delicious secrets for a perfect meal. You will visit a farm and then you will take part in a fun cooking session where you will prepare a complete meal. At the end of the preparation you will taste your creations accompanied by wine and drinks, framed by the Tuscan countryside.
N.4 Horseback riding
Love horses but you never managed to ride one? A tour with sight of the most breath-taking Tuscan hills and landscapes of the region might be a good excuse to finally give it a try. Riding horses in Chianti is one unique and unforgettable experience: imagine yourself surrounded by the sounds of nature, relaxed, losing the horizon amongst the rows of vines: this is a heavenly experience even for an experienced horseman.
You can ride through vineyards, olive groves and medieval villages. You will stop by some amazing cellars and fantastic gardens and will get to know about the oil production process and Chianti wines.
N.5 Olive harvest
The olive harvest is a traditional, annual event.
Get involved in this family business at Podere Fornacelle and spend a day singing, chatting and enjoy the beautiful tuscan countryside. The olives are picked by hand and let them fall into big nets placed under the trees and then collected in crates. The oil obtained is of high quality and can be consumed right away.
